Any issues need to be brought to our attention within 5 working days of receipt of items bought from our store.
All pieces bought from us are non-refundable unless the measurements are different from what was represented on our site OR the piece is defective, such as torn or broken.
Whilst we check every piece before delivery, should the item be defective, a full refund will be processed with a return of the item provided that the piece has not been washed, worn or in any way damaged. All labels and tags must still be attached. We will not be able to accept returns if the piece has already been washed, worn or in any way damaged, or if the tags have already been removed.
For art and wired-art jewelry that uses vintage pieces, the pieces are as represented in the product photos and we will not process any refund as vintage pieces come as is.
For pieces with handmade elements, such as hand-cut brass, hand-wired jewelry, please also understand that these pieces are made with loving care but will not be machine perfect.
If an exception is made for exchange or returns for clothing:
If you require an exchange for a different size, exchange of sizes can be done subject to stock availability provided that the received item is still in good condition with all tags still in place, and has not been washed, worn or in any way damaged, subject to the following arrangements and charges:
Option 1 - A two-way exchange can be arranged by us at a charge of $20
Option 2 - You can arrange to return the piece to our studio in Clementi at your own cost, and we will arrange the mail out of your requested size at a charge of $10 after receiving the return piece.
Option 3 - You can make an appointment to visit us at our studio for the exchange.
If there is no availability of size for an exchange, we can arrange a return at a charge of $10. After we have received the return piece in good condition, we can arrange a refund in store credit of the sales value of the item, or in cash via bank transfer less $20 off the sales value of the item.
If any issues due to shipping:
We have done our best to only use tried and tested delivery providers. Nevertheless there are occasional delays in shipping which are beyond what we can control. Shipping status can be checked with the tracking number provided to you.
